How We Use Your Information

To Provide the Service

AI Response Generation

Your messages are sent to AI language models (like Claude, GPT, or Gemini) to generate responses. The AI reads your message history to understand context and provide better answers.

Conversation Memory

We store recent messages (default: 90 days) so the AI remembers what you talked about earlier in the conversation.

To Operate Our Business

Service Delivery

We use SMS delivery services to route messages between you and our AI agents. Your phone number and message content are shared with these SMS providers to make delivery possible.

To Improve Our AI

Model Training

We may use anonymized conversations to train and improve our AI models. Before using your data for training, we:

- Remove your phone number

- Remove personally identifiable information

- Aggregate data with thousands of other conversations

You can opt out of this by emailing privacy@textsynth.io.

Customer Support

If you contact us for help, we use your information to respond to your questions and resolve issues.|

Billing

If you have a paid subscription, we use payment information to process charges. We use third-party payment processors (like Stripe) who securely handle your credit card details.

Analytics

We analyze usage patterns to understand:

- What features people use most

- Where people get stuck or confused

- How to make the service better

Security & Fraud Prevention

We monitor for suspicious activity like:

- Spam or abuse of the service
